The 300-year-old farm was taken over by the Kuitert family, who came to the commune of Saint-Pons-de-Thomières from the Netherlands in 1997. The Kuitert family then transformed this abandoned farm into an old-fashioned family farm, almost self-sufficient. In this three-hundred-year-old farmhouse, they welcome tourists to enjoy a pleasant stay near La Salvetat-sur-Agout in a family atmosphere, even during the summer months.
